Moi tiền khách hàng khi lắp đặt điều hòa

Lắp đặt điều hòa mất khá nhiều thời gian và công sức nhưng với thợ điều hòa thì ngoài tiền công được trả khá cao thì thợ cũng dễ dàng moi tiền được của khách nhiều nhất.

Thông thường sau khi lắp đặt xong, thợ sửa điều hòa uy tín sẽ liệt kê ra danh sách một loạt khoản tiền cố định khách phải thanh toán. Còn những khoản khác thì khách thường tự hiểu đó là tiền phụ kiện mà thợ điều hòa mua hộ như là các phụ kiện lắp đặt điều hòa cần dùng là dây ống đồng, dây điện, ống nước thải,giá đỡ dàn nóng, gen bọc bảo ôn, vải bọc bảo ôn,… Tiền phụ kiện thường được tính theo mét, bởi thế mà vị trí từ dàn lạnh đến dàn nóng càng xa thì tiền phụ kiện càng tốn.

Rất nhiều thợ điều hòa đã tận dụng điều này thường xuyên ăn gian về khoảng cách, khoảng cách lắp càng xa thì số mét càng bị khai khống nhiều hơn. Chính vì thế mà khi lắp một chiếc điều hòa, ngoài tiền công thì khách hàng sẽ không biết rằng mình có thể bị moi thêm từ 1-2 triệu.

Khi sửa chữa điều hòa

Khi sửa chữa điều hòa, thợ sẽ tính tiền công sửa ngoài ra nếu thay thế linh kiện sẽ tính thêm tiền mua linh kiện mới. Thế nhưng, khá nhiều thợ điều hòa thường báo hỏng một thì báo hỏng hai, không hỏng cũng báo hỏng hoăc thậm chí làm cho hỏng để đem sửa lấy tiền. Công việc sửa điều hòa dễ moi tiền của khách hơn so với lắp đặt, bởi không phải khách hàng nào cũng hiểu về điều hòa.

Trong nhiều trường hợp nhiều khi tiền công sửa thì rất ít nhưng tiền linh kiện thay thế thì nhiều, bởi thợ điều hòa chỉ cần yêu cầu thay 2-3 linh kiện khống là có thể moi tiền dễ dàng của khách hàng. Những bộ phận này thì hầu như khách hàng không kiểm tra, vì các linh kiện ở bên trong máy.

Bảo dưỡng điều hòa ăn tiền của khách

Việc bảo dưỡng điều hòa tưởng chừng như không sợ chuyện bị moi tiền nhưng thực tế thì khách hàng vẫn bị thợ moi tiền như thường. Thông thường khi bảo dưỡng điều hòa, thợ sẽ lấy tiền công, tuy nhiên, khi bảo dưỡng, thì điều hòa sẽ phải bơm thêm gas và đây là cái cớ để thợ điều hòa “moi tiền” của khách hàng.

Khi bơm gas sẽ tùy vào mức của máy cần bơm ít hay nhiều, mà thợ tính tiền gas mà khách hàng phải trả. Nhưng hầu như có đến 90% chẳng thợ điều hòa nào khai bơm thật mặc dù máy chỉ cần bơm một lượng ít, chỉ cần báo bơm gas đầy là đã hoàn toàn có thể moi tiền của khách hàng.
